FWIW 4cm will look fine on virtually anybody because it’s such a small amount.

Yeah,but I have already 32' inseam like my 6 foot friends and I'm 5'7.

Doesn't look weird imo. You could always wear an untucked t-shirt to make it look normal.

Your arms are long enough, it will work.  I think you look a bit lanky but most of us will look that way after lengthening.  I would go for the 4cm if you think it will improve your life.
