There were some deaths many years ago when Betz was doing it, then he implemented a very strong protocol to guard against it in the medication package. Dr Becker who has been in charge for just under 3 years has to the best of my knowledge had no deaths and only a few compliments. Process was changed and is normal a lot slower, do body can recover etc. Nails are different as they are made of different materials, smaller click angke so less pain and quality is also higher for BetzBone. The only thing I can say is aftercare needs to improve.
