Dr. Jean Cole does ISKD surgery at the Florida Hospital Orthopaedic Institute orlandoflorida. I'll provide the link to his website. I'll try emailing him for the price.

It looks like he only does ISKD, but the newer ISKDs are supposed to be pretty nice. I'll ask him when I email him.

ISKD is an internal nail that Dr. Cole invented about twenty years ago. It fell off of everyone's radar after there were a few malfunctions, but apparently the newer nails aren't as flawed.
I just sent Dr. Coleman email asking him about the price of the procedure, estimated recovery time, etc.
