Should be able to hold my entire weight.  Yes, I need to use a walker because they say it's safer

What's wrong with the forum, I've been on the home page a few times and haven't been able to get on it.  I've had muscle tightness in the last few days and I'm trying to get over it.

Now I feel like my muscles are tight and I'm having a little difficulty walking at first.  This may be because I don't stretch regularly.  Starting today, I will be doing regular stretches three times a day.
