Has anyone here ever had anyone insist that you were taller than you said and knew you were?  And was it before or after LL?  For example, you know you're 5'8", but a person insists that you must be at least 5'10".

That happens to me too. Maybe not a full 5'9 but definitely a strong 5'8.

I guess having a skinny frame has its pros.

 i am actually pretty buffed (i am a powerlifter). Also, i have wide shoulders (wearing size L coats and shirts)

I'm 6'1", but some people think I'm 6'3".  The ones who think that for some odd reason always say, "at least 6'3".  A few people have even insisted that I'm 6'4".

Yeah, It's not like I have any intention of undergoing LL now.  Despite my growth, I still have some height neurosis left.  Since I'm not sure it's worth seeing a psychologist about this, I have been trying to see how others deal with height neurosis (minus LL).

You have 5' mom and 5'5 dad and you finished at 6'1? Just what the fck

Tbh at 6'1 mb its not just height neurosis but low self-esteem? Shrink is always a good choice, if you won't like it just stop visiting.
