Has anyone here ever had anyone insist that you were taller than you said and knew you were? And was it before or after LL? For example, you know you're 5'8", but a person insists that you must be at least 5'10".
Have you ever had anyone insist that you were taller than you were?

I'm 6'1", but some people think I'm 6'3". The ones who think that for some odd reason always say, "at least 6'3". A few people have even insisted that I'm 6'4".
Quote from: TIBIKE200 on February 05, 2017, 08:50:06 PMSo you gew during college. Congrats. Why are you still on the forum though?
Yeah, It's not like I have any intention of undergoing LL now. Despite my growth, I still have some height neurosis left. Since I'm not sure it's worth seeing a psychologist about this, I have been trying to see how others deal with height neurosis (minus LL).

Isn't height neurosis just a form of low self esteem?
Quote from: YourSpaceBoyfriend on February 05, 2017, 09:07:59 PMI mean overall image of your own body.
Basically i have crap image of my own body but i can't really tell what exactly is the problem(except height obviously). I know it's something more but i can't tell what.
At this point the only aspect of my body that bothers me is height. There were a few other things, but those are gone now. (i.e. I thought I was weak, but then I started working out so I no longer do. I'm far from being a champion bodybuilder, and I have no desire to be one, but I feel like I'm strong now.) When it comes to height, growing taller didn't eliminate the desire to be taller. Now, instead of wanting to be 6' or 6'1", I want to be 6'3 or 6'4". I'm not sure what is wrong with me since height clearly isn't the issue now.
Quote from: TIBIKE200 on February 05, 2017, 09:18:20 PMYou said you were heavily bullied in the past.. That could be the reason.. A psycologist wouldnt hurt.
That has to be it, but why height? I'm already taller than anyone who bullied me. (They're all under 6'.) I'm stronger than them, better looking than them, smarter than them. I can get women they can't even get in their dreams. Many of them are fat asses and complete failures.
I need the help of a psychologist to figure this out.
