If you look in the last few pages of Unicorn888's diary - she gives a complete list of stretching exercises complete with pictures.  Interestingly she was a competitive gymnast and has a condition that makes her hyper flexible and she still had complications related to lengthening too much too fast - though this was in no way her choice.  She suffered from runaway nail lengthening.

A key factor in how much you can lengthen is your lengthening rate.  Go slower for more length - this is because soft tissue cannot be lengthened as fast as bone.

As far as diet - I would recommend animal and dairy proteins over others as they have the highest quality.  Vitamin D3 combined with Vitamin K-2 (MK-7).  The latter prevents problems associated with high dosages of D3.

I think the biggest concern should be about how painful it will be.  But no preparation will help.  The other concern is the psychological stress from being in pain, somewhat disabled (depending on the technique), and lack of sleep.  If you can have family or friends around you during the lengthening it will help.  Alternatively try and partner up with other LLers.

I try to do research on about what I could possibly do.
I want it so much that I don't think about pain
