I want 11-12 cm of lengthening in total with 1 year gap. I am planning to do femur first and then exterrnal tibia as I don't want to risk joint pain. I am thinking about 8 cm in femur first and then 3-3.5 cm in tibia external? What do you guys think?

First u can do 6.5cm femur and 5.5cm tibia cuz 8cm femur is too much.
Then its nearly impossible lengthening two segments within 1 year cuz your body wont permit it.

Who told u tht its impossible to lengthen 2 segments in 1 year..bro ppl have done it here..though with such small amount of time u need to be conservative with ur lengthening goal so no crazy goals....and has to be very regular with PT and medications.

Do 8cm on femurs first and if it goes well, wait for a year and next year go for the tibia. 2inches in safe limit so 5cm if I’m right. Can gain a total of 5inches to be safe...

Yes it is but 3 cm tibia is not worth tht much.....coz this ain't some game bro....u will be breaking ur bones for that..and u shld at least go for 4 or 5cms.

Yeah, I think you are right! I was thinking about between 3-4 cm on tibia.

Apparently Dr. Koehne from Munich does max 6 cm on femur... and he is the doctor I want to go to.
I also don‘t want to exaggerate it. 6 cm ok femur and 4 cm on tibia seems realistic to me. I‘m 171 cm tall.

Generally want to stay below 5-6cm tibia, so you can use that as a benchmark and mix and match combinations differently and try it out
