Hi!
What do you think about this height? Would you be happy with it?
I'd love to be 185-188cm legit, not because I keep seeing taller people or I feel really short, but because I'd be about as tell as my old man and maybe I wouldn't feel like I've done something wrong when it comes to my nutrition. I'm starting to think the lack of vitamin D might've cucked me because I always played games, so I had almost no reason to go outside.
I consider this a decent height. Tall but not very tall. You'd be tall in most countries around the world and above average in a couple of countries in Europe. I wouldn't like to be taller than 6'1/6'2. I want to bulk easily, fit through the door and drive most of the cars on the market. Also, being taller than that can negatively impact health.
The way I see it, anything over 6 feet is too tall.
I see the perfect height as 5'11. You could travel even to short countries without feeling like a freak, while still not being considered short anywhere in the world.
The taller the better. I would like to be 195-200m. That would be perfect

I wouldn't mind being 200cm+ either, but that's just because I know a few giants and I've always liked the idea of being 300+ pounds at 9-12% bf. At my height this would be an impossible feat.

i dont know wat ur saying but even 10 min exposure to sunlight is enough for the vitamin p.s thts not the only source. also if u had severe vitamin d deficiency then it wouldve been obvious as the symptoms begin to occur which cant be ignored.
185 is gold standard. other than a couple of scandinavian countries that is considered very tall. at tht point its not even a thing

What are the symptoms? Nvm, looked it up.
Bone/Back pain - I've had horrendous back pain growing up absolutely horrible 8/10 pains. The bones in my legs have been hurting like a mofo for the last decade.
Depression - I've had some really nasty depression as well for the majority of my life its been kinda meh recently, but its become more of an apathetic meh.
Often tired or fatigued - Being incredibly tired has become my norm and it only seems to be getting worse while my sleep is getting better.
Slow healing - I thought my crazy healing was from me working out and eating right, but it seems I just went from one extreme to another.
Muscle pain - I've had tons of this, but might've just been because I wasn't the most active kid back then.
I've caught quite a few infections back in puberty and I do have high blood pressure. I'm also African American so we need more sun exposure on average anyway. You'd be surprised how horrible my parents were when it came to my nutrition and general needs. I got some testing done too and my doctor told me I was pretty deficient as well. My childhood was pretty horrible, my dad was abusive(I mean seriously abusive, throwing peeps down the stairs for pissing the bed tier abusive.) and my mom was pretty neglectful, but I don't blame her tho she tried her best even when things seemed hopeless.
I edited to make the wall of text easier to read.
To follow up on this my old man has another son with a different women and he's gone pretty try hard with him and he's pretty much guaranteed to be 6'2-6'3(last time I saw him he was 5'9-5'10 at 13ish and a doctor confirmed that this will most likely be the case going by his growth rate). It's definitely something that has me wondering, so I just try to avoid them altogether. Since I'm sure someone will ask, his mom isn't that much taller than mine she's about 5'5-5'6
