So. After two weeks of daily yoga (35 minutes of really hard yoga sessions) I mesured myself with my mom. I gained 1cm How yoga affected my height. hope for another 1 which I think will be the max.
  I believe it will only work on people with bad posture (because I know I didnt really gained more length in my legs... But it surely does decomplress your spine)

I am 25 years old

I do this yoga according to a youtube channel called "yoga fix 90". Its not made in order to gain height but just in order to do yoga. Try it out

You lose it if you dont stick to it. I started doing it because it improves flexibility and tones your body. The height effect is a bonus

measured myself today with my mom. Another 0.5cm! which means I am now 172.5 in the evening

I put my back to a wall. mark with a pencil where my head reaches and than measure it with the long meter this (the yellow one that can reach 2-3 meters I think)
