I also believe that you need to go at the rate of lengthening that mimics puberty.
i am lengthening at 0.66 per day, and 0.5mm per day. i never went above this, i did 0.66 for the first 2.5cm-3cm, and then 0.5mm for the rest.
if you train hard, you might gain back 110% athleticism.

This is actually something I've wondered about because that situation applies to me. I'm roughly 5-8 inches shorter than my predicted height according to the Grey method and my growth curves. I hope that will make lengthening to 6'0+ easier for me.
