Hello, I am an Asian. I'm Korean. I want to extend femur. But I'm afraid it's proportionally weird. I went to a famous doctor in Korea and got a consultation. (His name is Donghunlee) He told me it was okay to femur and increase the tibia. But I still doubt it. Of course I want to increase femur. Because the advantages of athletic ability and fast recovery seemed good. But aesthetically, I know it's better to increase the tibia.
According to the latest equipment, eos, my tibia is 33cm and my thigh is 42cm.
Eos is slightly lower than normal X-rays, but the figures are accurate. Only the exact length of the bone is measured. My height is 167,168. But eos height is 166
I'm curious about your opinion. Do you mind if I stretch five centimeters of femur?
Please give me an honest answer. I am going to upload my picture for a definite answer

To be honest 5cm on femur is very fine in term of proportion.

I did femur for 8cm and i was 175cm.

For you’re height 5cm on femur won’t looks weird. Also 5cm on femur is not really « 5cm » in real life, it’s not like the tibia. So if you do 5cm on you’re femur in real life you won’t really have 5cm but a bit less than this.

Anyeonghaseyo. Soy GHkid imnida. Wo shì mei guo ren. Wo but shi han gou ren. Balli balli fast fast. Park seo joon imnida. Itaewon class horrible drama

Jokes aside, No I don't mind at all. Your life your choice. Korean people like tibia more, but that increase arthritis more than if you did Femurs. So femurs is better for health.

Yes it's okay to extend Femurs, your tibia is normal length.

To post pictures I use this website in my case: https://imgbb.com/
You upload the pictures on it and then just share the link here !

Yes you right ! The length of my femurs and tibia was almost the same before surgery.
I’m sorry i don’t remind exactly how much it was but my femur wasn’t in a « normal » size in comparaison to the tibia it was shorter.

But when you do the leghtening and you check you’re self in a mirror you will see the difference between before/after. 5cm will makes you have long femur but it won’t looks weird. If you go to 8 or + (which i absolutly not recommend) it can be weird yes.

8cm is the MAXIMUM LIMIT on the femur and even 8 is hard to get.

I'd like to know how I look after the surgery.
Is there any other way?
I'm going to upload my picture a little later.
I'll be home in an hour.

Before surgery my femur was at 413mm if you take the top part of the femur and my tibia at 386mm. So 2-3cm of difference between them.

That’s a pictures of my legs when i was at 6.5cm.

If you do only 5cm you will be okay in term of proportion.
