I am planning to do this in India (either Dr. Parihar or Dr. Sharma). Is it possible to donate your own blood prior to surgery for a blood transfusion later on? I don't know where they source blood from in these hospitals in India and so want to be safe and donate my own blood.

I don't know how it works in India and whether they store blood in the hospital itself? Or do they get it from a third party service or the government if there is an emergency need?

In India chances of getting HIV from blood transfusion is high.

Got a response that it's not logistically easy and unlikely they will do this.

There is nothing funny about HIV. It's worse than any complications of this surgery except death.

I specifically recommended a scenario for 4 inches within his 65k budget. Please no need to discreetly attack me, I did not be mean to you and am being cordial to everyone. I am honestly trying my best to help others. I have already mentioned Giotikas but that was outside his budget for both femur and tibia so I gave another option. Please man I am begging you. I have only good in my heart and do not want to be negative to anyone, I request others do the same. Appreciate it man
