I have read that inflammation promotes bones growth. Also to avoid NSAID as they are anti-inflammatory.

Would I risk a non union if my food contains inflammatory- say avocados, berries etc.
Or would pain-gels- most contain anti-inflammatory ingredients- would they risk bone growth too?

perfect inflammation and recovery
i was advised to have popcorn and avacadoes too..but i was wondering if avacadoes woulf cause a slow healing..but nvm inflammation and recovery
