Talking mild deformity that normally would never be treated but enough that a straight precise rod wouldn't really work. Is it simple as just do the break in the middle instead of the top of tibia, basically correcting the deformity and allow the straight rod to be properly inserted and accepting less ideal osteotomy site location and slower expected bone regenerate? Or would a separate surgery to correct the deformity prior to LL usually be required?

I consulted the doctors and we can do both corrections in one surgery session.
