I just had a consultation with Dr. Mangal Parihar and he said the user KiloKAHN was never a patient. His diary is a fake and is putting up fake pics from somewhere else! The only real patient of his on this forum is his current internal patient. Any other Parihar diary needs to be closed and deleted for the integrity of this forum!
When you say "just had" you mean you had it an hour ago or a few days ago?
Can you prove that? Are you a troll? Is Kilokahn a scammer? I don't know who to trust.
I had mine yesterday. He said all his patients have been local and none of his prior patients fits his description. Also notice how there are no face pics in the diary? BIG red flag.

I will go with you. What motives does he have to promote Parihar? Afterall, Parihar atleast according to a few well known docs is considered more than capable.
And what's his motivation in your opinion? What's the purpose of creating a fake diary with a good experience? Only reason that comes to my mind is to advertise Dr Parihar but in that case Dr Parihar wouldn't say he isn't his patient. It doesn't make sense.

Dr Parihar not neccesarily should know that the patient was called KiloKAHN in an internet forum, he could just know his real name.
Kilokahn helped Penguinn and fujitora so i highly doubt he is fake but whatever
