Simply: Kilokahn starts diary pretending to be a patient of Dr. Parihar. People see the experience is good and decide to go with him and Dr Parihar provides more surgeries. For every surgery he does, he uses frames supplied by a company. Patient pays Dr Parihar. Dr Parihar pays the frame company. Frame company then gives money to Kilokahn. That is how I see it working behind the scenes. I do not think Dr. Parihar would lie to me about who was or was not a patient.

Ok, Kilo2, just explain me something, if Dr. knew all this negotiation, why he wouldnt lie about his patient to make you believe there is not corruption?, I consider Dr. Parihar bright.

Dr. Mangal Parihar would not be part of the negotiation between Kilokahn and the frame manufacturer behind the scenes. Doctors just go to the company directly to request their parts I presume because maybe Kilokahn was in contact with the frame manufacturer and they had a list of doctors who go to them for parts and then after every confirmed surgery from that doctor for cosmetic lengthening purposes that company would give Kilokahn money out of what Dr. Parihar gives to them for a restock of supplies and also this is assuming that is what is going on because it is possible Kilokahn is just some troll making a fake experience for laughing purposes.

Outside of having Dr. Mangal Parihar come on here himself to prove that Kilokahn is a fake I can only give his word for it. But Dr. Mangal Parihar saying he is not a prior patient plus not having any documented evidence of him being a real patient makes me see his diary is easily fake. Anyone can post pictures of leg scars or people with their face covered over claiming it is real.
