Mine are now 60cm, which means they were 52.5 before my LL.

So you have more or less the knee height of the average 6'2 man. Not very disproportionate at all, I must say. I doubt anyone would notice.
That's exactly right. My uncle is 6'2 and when I sat down next to him after LL, I noticed our knees were the same height.

It's easy to measure:![]()
I'm at 58 cm after lengthening 7.5 cm on my tibia, so my knee height was 50.5 before. Anyone's got more?
Your tibias are 2 feet long?

Knew height isn't equal to tibia length. Knee height includes the height of feet and ankles as well.
53cm at 179/178

You must have really short legs then (or you measured wrong). Do you know your belly button height? (the distance between the ground and your belly button)
Predicted stature from knee height
http://www.nuas.ac.jp/IHN/report/pdf/04/01.pdf
=59.1+2.1×knee height(cm)
So your tibias are usual for someone 170.5 cm tall.
My belly button height is 105/106 cm if I measured it right
49 at 166 cm
