Well first I need to contact Dr. Paley and see if he will do a femural reduction of about 4.5 cm, because I actually want to decrease my height, not increase it. I was thinking the recovery for femural cuts would be quicker than the procedures done on fibulas and tibias to heal (as I've heard and seen on this post), and it might cost less, because my lower leg bones are not involved. (I understand most of you probably think Im crazy for wanting be shorter, but I have several personal reasons that I wish to do this and they are VERY strong, ultimately I want to have this surgery done). I have been saving up so far, and I only have a little over 10,000 USD. I know the procedure and post-op stay and accommodations are very expensive, thats why Im saving up now and I know that this surgery will have to take place in the distant future lol.

I'm curious as to what your personal reasons are.  Mind sharing?

With only $10,000 USD, I don't think you'll be able to afford any reputable doctors outside of India unfortunately.

So far every leg shorteners have been mentally insane.
Sorry, but that's the clear and present fact.

I wouldn't agree that all leg shorteners are mentally insane.  Olivetree has a pretty solid reason for why she wants to shorten, which is to fix an insecurity, just like the rest of us.

Nope, you are so wrong!

You should know the difference between men and women by now.

She really doesn't need it.

The question is who really "needs" it ?
Eating is a basic need for instance.
If you are not a midget, do you really "need" LL ?
I dont think so.

That has nothing to do with anything. Hi, and welcome to LL Forum where we discuss lengthening of our limbs.

No sane 185cm tall guy goes for limb lengthening just as no sane woman wants to shorten herself if she is 5'7.

She only needs to hit the gym and change her diet.

There are reports of a crazy woman in China who wanted reduction too.
Everyone who wants to get shorter seems to suffer from some psychological issue.

I think its not as obvious as it seems.
My idea is : if you want to add a third nut, or whatever you want, and you really thought about it, then i dont care if you do it or not, its not my legs or nuts.
Maybe they are hobbits fans, i dont know  Limb Reduction
