Do you guys want an indepth video explaning differences and improvements I feel from last detailed update?
or just a quick video of my new speed and agility and show my new leg muscles definition?

let me know!
I would say the former. If you want, you could also talk about nail removal plans and whether you decided on doing it in the states or with Giotikas. Either way, I think many people (including myself) will appreciate your video and diary status updates.

Will have that in depth video update for you guys soon!

just got back from a pick up soccer game and I scored once again Movie - Femurs with Dr. Mahboubian 9/01/2019!

I'm noticing I can keep up with the sprints of the older guys, they're about 40ish years old and mind you they're skinny asians so they got some decent speed haha, obviously can't keep up 100% with the agile people my age (kind of how fast I used to be pre op) but I'm getting there, everyday I'm seeing more and more approacing my pre-op level and this is with the rods still inside me, I know once they're out I'll be much faster and I really believe I'll be back to 100% or very very close.

Whoaaaaaaa, that's absolutely fantastic to hear.....

Movie the legend scoring again...!!!

With rods still inside....

I can help bt wonder what storm you will bring on the field once those rods are out!

Can you include like different excerises, movements like, half/full squats....burpees...push ups

Sprints....jogging , running....even walking.....
Juggling the soccer ball
On field movements etc
Maybe scoring a goal or two 😂

Would love to see your form !!!!

Keep improving, really happy to hear abt your progress!

Best wishes!!!

Wanted to update you guys!! in 5 days I will be 1 year & 10 months post-op. Today I did deep squats, so yes you can eventually do deep squats after 8cm femurs. mind you I'm not doing super heavy weight (105lbs) because it becomes much more difficult going deep but I did it!

also my legs are growing and getting more definition, this is my third leg workout with weights since my 1 year post op pains. Anyway next update will be more of an agility and running speed video as that has improved as well.

It is illegal to not show the side view of squats  Movie - Femurs with Dr. Mahboubian 9/01/2019

Seriously I want to see if you're leaning too much forward while squatting.
