Seriously I want to see if you're leaning too much forward while squatting.
Biomechanics and center of gravity have changed, there's no way around leaning more forward than before while squatting after doing femurs.

Lol didn't want to show my face or go through having to find something to cover my face for the side view, I did consider it though, and yes form is compromised I lean forward more to balance it out, If I did it with my back straighter I would fall on my ass with the weight.

Nice work movie.  Really cool to think that those shorts would probably go below your knee before surgery!

Hi Movie,

Good to hear from you and to see your video.

Post-pandemic life is going to keep all of us busier and I am finding it increasingly hectic to continue my daily walks and stretches.
Hope you continue to do some consistent daily workouts.

ahd1978: I don't drink super often but I did start to drink a bit around 1 month post-op, just a shot or two of some whiskey or tequila at my night outs with friends

Zuma: Yeah most definitely

SNC: Thanks SNC good to hear from you too

you're correct brother, you'll find that gap of time where you can fit a workout schedule  Movie - Femurs with Dr. Mahboubian 9/01/2019

Hello,
I had read that about midway into the distraction phase, one of your shins experienced numbness. Has this problem resolved itself now you are far into consolidation?

I had shin numbness and lots of shin pain after driving for about 15 minutes , but it all corrected a few weeks into consolidation

How is your total athletic ability as compared to before, can you run as fast as before or nowhere near?

It's at about 80% max unfortunately no it's not nearly as fast or explosive as I used to sprint
