I've been wondering about this for a while now. Now, this might not engage most users here, but if you're interested in bodybuilding, this will be important to you. What happens to the muscle belly shape after lenghening? Say, I lengthened my humerus, would it change the way my arm looks drastically, or would it remain the same, only longer? Thanks.

So would an increment of 5 cm in my humerus bones cause this phenomenon? And what exactly does it affect?
