I've been wondering about this for a while now. Now, this might not engage most users here, but if you're interested in bodybuilding, this will be important to you. What happens to the muscle belly shape after lenghening? Say, I lengthened my humerus, would it change the way my arm looks drastically, or would it remain the same, only longer? Thanks.

Well I had the surgery on the humerus and my muscle is much larger in volume than it was before. Same phenomenon happened with my calf muscles. It's not just longer but fuller.

For some reason, after lenghtening I have well shaped abdominal (better than before), if I trained a little more the abs I would have six pack. I think it's because of the stiffness of the hip, the counter muscles are in the core so you train subconsciously hahaha

I'm not here to argue with you or dispute the fact that I am a beta dweeb.  I'm just providing information.

It's not just the biceps, it's also the triceps.  And although the volume of the muscle has increased so has the definition.  I used to work out my arms and legs prior to surgery and I was never this ripped or as large in either area.
