I read your diary word for word and truly felt sorry for what you've been through. I sincerely hope you recover soon and return to your normal life. Although what's happened has already happened, I believe you shouldn't have gone for the quadrilateral lengthening. It would have been better to go segment by segment, and the doctor should have recommended that approach. I was considering this doctor myself, but after reading your diary, I think I’ll change my mind.

Thank you, MK, for reading all i wrote here, because many guys just read a very small part and they didnt get my whole picture...

Yeah, i struggle to fix my legs, paying lots of extra money... and my doctor who crippled me, dont give a sh-it.

Well, since i started this crazy adventure at my 55, I said let's sufer once and finish faster. And i dont regret, because if my doctor would be competent, i should walk normally now and soon to remove my femur nails !
Yes, giving a 6 months between the surgeries is less stress for your whole body. And, yes, if i had known it would happen like this, i would have chosen the big gap between surgeries with other doctor, because anyways i wasted one year and much more money, due to my incompetent doctor !

Yes, is better to avoid all turkish doctors in Precice technique, even though they have the best living conditions...
But, in LON technique, 2-3 of the surgeons are ok. But i h-ate LON...
My doctor should NEVER do LL anymore !... So, i hope this diary will help make it happen !

I dont like them, same long and ugly like on my heeps.
Did you even tried to remove them with a cosmetic surgery after removing nails, guys ?
How you did and how much did cost you ?

Ted68, is it possible for a surgeon to do a correction osteotomy at a tibia bone graft site? If a surgeon do a correction osteotomy at a bone graft site will there not be non-union again even though it's a correction not a lengthening? Which surgeon have you chosen to do the correction?

Yes, Bob....
an experienced doctor can do anything.
So, I chose a REAL LL surgeon and i did it.

Also I found that I have a muscle hernia on my left thigh, from doctor Gokhan, of course. He did a wrong long cut and he didn't care about result !
The place is the cut for distal screws on left femur. Its a too long cut for the screws, same as he did on upper part for proximal screws !
In some contractions I get muscle retraction and in some other contractions I get bumped muscles... in the same spot.
And both looks scaring... because incompetency !
And, in reality, looks much worse than these pictures...

Dr. Mustafa Gökhan Bilgili is one of the most incompetent doctors in Turkey. Nearly all the limb lengthening (LL) surgeries he performed resulted in complications and sequelae such as tibial anterior bowing deformity and nonunion. There are many fake accounts on forums praising this doctor, but these are actually accounts created by scammers.

I underwent tibial lengthening surgery performed by this doctor and developed severe tibial anterior bowing deformity. He consistently attempted to deceive me and demonstrated a complete lack of medical ethics. For a male patient weighing 65 kg, he used an 8.5 mm Precice intramedullary nail—an utterly unethical practice.

Mustafa Gökhan Bilgili is nothing but a Turkish butcher who commits medical crimes. He gains patients' trust through advertisements and deception, only to abandon them when surgeries fail. He has no genuine experience or successful cases in limb lengthening surgery; he is a fraud.
