Can I first undergo limb lengthening of the femur and then wait for a year before proceeding with the tibia?

Performing the cross limb lengthening is quite challenging. Just focusing on the femur, you could observe a significant improvement (6-8cm). Nonetheless, there is an aspect that surpasses LL in importance, and that is addressing your knees, which are evidently valgus (especially the left knee).

I stand at 167 cm in height, with a wingspan of 174 cm and a sitting height of 80 cm.
I am considering a length increase of 6 – 7 cm on the femur and 4 cm on the tibia.
Will it appear strange?

those were my identical stats, I completed 8 cm femur only, refer to my diary …

You might share a picture. Cross limb lengthening isn’t straightforward; it’s not like playing with Lego, lol. If you decide to proceed, it will likely be for just one segment.
