I stand at 167 cm in height, with a wingspan of 174 cm and a sitting height of 80 cm.
I am considering a length increase of 6 – 7 cm on the femur and 4 cm on the tibia.
Will it appear strange?

You might share a picture. Cross limb lengthening isn’t straightforward; it’s not like playing with Lego, lol. If you decide to proceed, it will likely be for just one segment.

Performing the cross limb lengthening is quite challenging. Just focusing on the femur, you could observe a significant improvement (6-8cm). Nonetheless, there is an aspect that surpasses LL in importance, and that is addressing your knees, which are evidently valgus (especially the left knee).
