DAY 3:
Toradol 1230a
545a pain in legs while sleeping. Level 3. Got Tylenol at 6a.
Sensation returned to left thigh.
So pain wasn't issue at night. Sleeping was a little hard wasn't able to sleep more than 15-30 minutes until starting around 2am. But i get insomnia where i can't sleep until 2-4am once a week at home anyway.
Peeing continues to be good, only failed once and had to nap 15-30 min. to try again.
Being flat as a board while raising up upper body off the bed as much as possible continues to be good, for some reason tilting to one side will add help to this. Even if the one buttock is touching bed i can still start, so i often just am one elbow on bed raising me up while full body stiffens out. Then once pee is going pretty good i raise up as much as possible so gravity will allow the last 15% of pee to flow out. I can pee even if i have only 150 mL or so which is just giving a moderate have to pee sensation.
620a toradol should be soon and legs haven't bothered me. I decide to do bed PT now rather than go back to sleep, don't feel too tired.
