How much did you lengthen?  Your tibs look a little long but the pic isn't very good so it's tough to tell.  With pants in you will look fine though.

My femurs are still longer than my tibias.. I did 4.1cm

They look pretty long tbh, it's probably due to the muscle atrophy that comes along with LL. Do you know what length they were exactly before you did LL and the ratio as well.

Originally the tibia bone was 39.5cm and the femur bone was 46cm
