I have also 46 femur. But only 37.5 Tibs.

I think you should have done femur.  They look now off.

It's strange, but in that picture your tibaie do look longer than your femurs. You had a starting tibia to femur ratio of 0.86 when the average is about 0.80, so you started with longer proportioned tibaie than most, but MOST IMPORTANTLY, your proportions do look completely fine to me. Your legs look strong, long, and healthy.

Did you mesure them with x-rays?
How tall are you?

@Descreteuser, I think you should´ve done femur lengthening instead, at least proportion wise. Your tibias were already longer than average and with the added length from the lengthening they are even longer.
However, your arms to height ratio looks fine, whats your wingspan?

Yes done with xray. I am 177. Do you know your numbers.

I have quite short legs. But ratio is normal of 81%.
So i Woould in my case go for femur as it is easier and faster. I think a ratio from 72 to 88 is acceptable.

My tibias are 1,5 cm´s longer than yours and we are almost the same height, I´m 179. I had my x rays taken too. I´ll go for femur lengthening as well. What´s your wingspan?

Hey descretuser either the photo is terrible or your initial measurements were wrong.

I've seen guys who lengthened to a almost equal tib/femur ratio and it didn't look like this.

This picture makes it look like you tibia are 10cm longer than your femurs.

your proportions doesnt look good in that picture, your tibias look very long , i have the same diferencie between tibia/femur that your starting ones ... cant imagine how i will look if i lengthen them...

yeah i think this is bad picture.. my briefs arent pulled up making my crotch look lower.. the muscle in my lower part of my upper leg looks like my knee cap making my knee caps look higher.. even when i look at it now i can see why it looks like my tibias are so long. the clearer version on my phone you can see the knee cap properly and the femurs look much longer..
