Yeah I'm skinny, I'm in the beginning stages of a bulk but my waist is 32"

I do have a short torso. I think I will aim for 175cm and leave it at that.

However, I am starting the gym so I don't know if developing my upper body in terms of muscle and bulk will make my proportions some what better when partnered with LL.

 I know that with bodybuilding in particular your lats grow,chest and traps grow which could potentially make my torso look a lot more bigger and built.

Thanks for the reassuarance onemorefoot, I don't mind having long legs after the surgery I just don't want very long legs!
