I sit all day, I get up of course but it is limited to a bike ride (30min-1 hour) and basic things
My back is bent when I'm sitting, I'm afraid it's bad I often hurt

So when I measure myself, I find 1m71 (always measure before go to bed) I can consider that it is my height ?
the lower I find is 170,5 and the taller 173
I tell 176 to ppl when they ask me and I never had problems with that at the moment as a lot of people pretend to be taller than me but they are shorter
(Either the level of my eyes is high, or they lie)

How do you sit all day? In front of PC or something?
As a someone who does tons of stuff on a computer(like programming) having an ergonomic chair is a blessing.

Btw i don't know how you people get different measures, i'm the same height all day.

It's just I'am very lazy and too young to have a wjob
I'm a depressive student I think I don't feel good when I'm out I feel like tired of living
When I think about work it's even worse, I know this times are probably the better
I've work during one month in a factory, I don't see any girls taller than me

It's proved we are a bit taller morning, but just the first 15min
After I mesure in front of my wall, I put something on my head and make a sign just under
90 % of the times I find 1m71 just or a little bit taller like 171,5
I use this method, but I don't force
I put my flat fooths

I will have to work, I know
I can't pay with State aid
that's only 500 €/month, not enough

Hey ophilio,

When you sit in hunched position fir very long periods of time, your abs muscle get used to that shrunk position and they shrink. Eventually the hunched position feels normal and when you try to sit or stand straight it feels abnormal, the way to fix this is stretch your abs muscles Atleast once a day. I suffered from this and I completely fixed it by having a consistent workout regimen and stretching regimen.
