The morning full of coffee aroma


I came to the rehabilitation center to do Pt for the first time in three days. I dropped my mother. It was painful to be repaired by a physical therapist today! I'm screaming in pain!
I love and fear the physical therapist Aliki, I love more...
At present, it is very painful for me to turn over.


Yesterday, two weeks have passed since the day I was discharged from the thigh surgery. Hahaha I took off the compression stockings on my legs for the first time and lost it, feeling relaxed. I washed my hair and took a shower myself, and I came back to life.

After the physiotherapy, my driver took me to a shop with great chocolates.


 I bought new year gifts for my friends, and the clerk also gave me a small bag of gifts to wish me a happy and happy new year.


  Once again, I wish all my friends a happy new year.

  Yesterday was review day. I was very busy, so I came to update it today.


Yesterday, after I finished Pt in the rehabilitation center, the driver came to pick me up and rushed to the hospital immediately. After I finished Pt, I was only half an hour away from the doctor's appointment, which was just enough to go to the hospital.

Who knew that the elevator in the rehabilitation center broke down. My driver carried me down from the third floor (fortunately, I was lighter). The rehabilitation division helped me take me off the driver's back and put me on the co pilot. Then I moved my electric wheelchair down from the third floor. It's really hard for them. Thank you.

After reporting to the hospital, I went to take an X-ray film and took a meal from all angles. The younger brother was very gentle. I waited two minutes and got the X-ray disc.


After that, I came to the doctor's door to wait. Today's reexamination was Dr. g. he showed me in the computer. He just took an X-ray today, and everything was normal.
I was told to eat 2500 calories a day.
Let me change the extension of tibia to twice a day in the next 2 weeks.
The doctor told me to walk with a walker for 30-45 minutes every day.
Dr. g asked me to extend it from there. I said right. Dr. g asked whether it was always right? I said yes, Dr. g asked me to start from the right and the left one day, alternating in this way.

Then I asked Dr. g some questions I sorted out:
1 the P model used for my tibia is 8.5mm,
  The P model used for the femur is 10.7 mm.
2 the weight of four P in my body is one kilogram + 200 grams.

After the review, my driver came to pick me up and went back to the hotel. Ha ha, there was an ice cream shop I liked on the way. The driver went to buy it for me. I also wanted to take a large package back to the hotel and put it in the refrigerator. My husband will come in a few days. I want to stay in the hotel with him and share my love of ice cream.


Go back to the hotel to have dinner, wash your hair and take a bath, do stretching exercises and extend...... the busy day is over.
