This inspiring story features  a skilled doctor, Dr. Hirdesh Kumar (founder of height increase info ) / DHK Healthcare who played a crucial role in helping their patient achieve their height goals.

May 2024: My journey with limb lengthening began in the first week of May when I underwent surgery. The first few days were fairly manageable as I was under epidural anesthesia, which lasted during the surgery and for about five days afterward. During that time, I didn’t feel any pain, which was a relief. However, after the anesthesia wore off, things became more challenging. I was moved to the rehabilitation facility to begin the process of lengthening my limbs. The first week post-surgery was tough—I couldn’t move around much on my own and needed assistance for even the simplest of activities like going to the bathroom. Ice packs and some medication helped ease the discomfort, but it wasn’t easy. By the end of May, though, I had lengthened about 1.5 cm. Regular X-rays were taken every 20 days to monitor my progress, which gave me a sense of how my body was responding.

June 2024: In June, things got better. Up until I reached 3 cm, the process felt
like a piece of cake. The discomfort was minimal, and I didn’t need daily
painkillers, just an occasional one here and there. I was able to move
around more independently with the help of a rolling chair, which was a
huge step forward. I also started physiotherapy twice a day, which
continued throughout the entire lengthening process. In addition to physio, I
was using muscle and bone stimulators to support my recovery. The
caretakers at the facility were incredibly helpful, and always around when I
needed them. This period also marked my first trip back to the gym—just
mild upper-body exercises, but it felt great to regain some of my strength.
