Did you have have ballerina syndrome after passing 5 cm lengthening?
Your tibia was really short which was advantage for you. But anyway,  I still want to do femur lengthening.  Because I can already increase my tibia length when I wear shoe lifts which increases my height by 5,5 cm and even after the surgery I will probably wear 3 cm again

Indeed, I have done stretching exercises for a long time. And I have made my back muscles stronger. Now it has been one month that I don't do stretching exercises. Even my morning height was 163 cm while doing stretching. Even though my morning height decreased slightly,  my evening height is still the same(162cm)

Yes, I had at 5.5cm. My friend was shorter but had longer tibias than me he didn't have ballerina even though he did 7cm.

I think it depends on elasticity of  muscles. Consultant of my doctor said if you choose tibia lengthening,  before the surgery try to do lots of stretching exersises

I think it depends mainly on genetics I was super hyper elastic like a gymnastic artist but my achilles couldn't handle it.
