People can throw random pictures and make up stories. She/he couldnt even tell us the nurse's name or any employees names.

Yesterday I went to PT room to strech my hip flexors . All the stretchers were full except the stretcher where the dressing was done. I lay down on that stretcher and dangled my feet then the nurse came and asked me if I want my bandages to be changed eventhough my dressing was changed the day before yesterday. So I don't buy the "the bandages were changed once a week at most" fairy tale. Even my sheets are changed every morning...

When you lie about one thing you completely lose your ground all together.

I don't believe he is lying. My friend is crippled because of Yuksel. He literally cant walk, had an infection and his tibia broke.

He was treated very poorly by Fatma nurse, it is not acceptable such behavior from their side. Please avoid these clowns.

Hello, I am currently doing it with Yukksel and  I have heard a lot about this patient from other patients who were with him and the nurses. I'm not going into details for sake of patient privacy but everything is not what it seems from the videos if you catch my drift...

Quote from: Neo2023 on December 31, 2022, 10:16:32 PMThe doctor and the intermediary team did not pay much attention to the infection. From the beginning of the slight infection and inflammation, they felt that it was not a problem. The doctor did not want to be responsible, thinking that the intermediary team was responsible for the daily changing of gauze and disinfection. The intermediary team felt that it was the doctor’s job to deal with the infection and inflammation. Work. They pushed each other and were unwilling to deal with it, which eventually delayed the treatment, resulting in severe osteomyelitis, requiring amputation of necrotic bones and re-fixation of the external fixator.
The doctor and the business team only cooperate according to the order, and the doctor will stop asking the patient after the operation. The business team employs ordinary nurses to change gauze and take medicine for patients. But these nurses were lazy and changed the gauze of the patient once a week at most, leading to serious infections.
Because the business team receives the order, and then hires a doctor to perform the operation. After the operation is completed, the business team arranges the accommodation during the extended period, so that the business team can earn the accommodation fee. Since the accommodation is arranged by the business team, the nursing staff is also the business team. Employed, and these nurses basically know nothing about medical services.
The doctor only charged the money for the operation, he is not responsible for everything after the operation, the business team is responsible
In order to save money, the business team hires people with no medical care experience to take care of patients, and they are lazy, changing gauze only once every 5 days or a week, and giving patients anti-inflammatory drugs every 5 days.
The patient himself was inexperienced, completely unaware that there was a problem, and just waited, doing nothing, until a severe infection developed, leading to periostitis. In fact, if the patient realizes that the gauze and anti-inflammatory drugs should be changed every 2 days, he can change the gauze and take the medicine on time at home.
So, don't rely on the business team, don't trust any service they can give you, you are in charge of your legs and no one will care about your legs. If nursing staff is needed, let doctors hire nursing staff as much as possible, and let doctors earn this money, not business teams. In this way, the doctor is in charge, otherwise, the doctor will not be responsible for your infection during the extended period. If you feel that you live at home and change the gauze, dressing, and medication by yourself, then you should contact the doctor more and communicate with other patients, which is more useful than relying on the business team.
you are right, thank you very much

When you lie about one thing you completely lose your ground all together.
My WeChat chat history is the WeChat of the Wannabetaler staff, don’t you have their WeChat?  If you need, I can push their account number to you, and you can ask them yourself.  And why do I have to mention the nurse name aylis Taşkın?  What I meant was that the nurse sometimes did not come to the hotel ,for example, she was sick and had the flu. At that time, Wannabetaller’s employees often had the flu and asked for leave, and the time for us to change the gauze would be extended, and I didn’t think my osteomyelitis has anything to do with how often the nurse changes the gauze as I haven't had an external wound infection before my leg suddenly swollen.
Then I don’t think it’s necessary for you to worry about infection and the frequency of changing gauze, because the doctor I’m treating now has exposed the dry needle tract on my leg without gauze wrapping, and the doctor told me that I don’t need to use gauze until the outer bracket is removed.  Wrapped the needle and told me not to use  Iodine to wipe off the hard scab on the needle site, it is the best natural protection, I can keep it for a few months after the stent is removed, if I always Clean the wound, I may be more susceptible to infection. He told me that Among his patients were children who had mud in their wounds and were also uninfected.  Even if there is a trauma infection, it is not so easy to cause osteomyelitis.  And even if osteomyelitis is treated quickly and correctly, it is difficult to become chronic osteomyelitis. You may sound unbelievable, but it turns out that the doctors and nurses at Wannabetaller are not medically knowledgeable enough to deal with a sudden bone infection, from what I told the doctor in Turkey my leg was red and swollen, I was running a fever, it could be a symptom of osteomyelitis,  It needs to be cut to remove the pus as soon as possible, these Wannabetaller nurses and its doctors don't understand or don't pay attention, and when I told the Wannabetaller doctor that our country's doctors recommend debridement, yunus said I don't need any debridement  The operation was not serious for me, Wannabetaller said that the doctors in my country did not have yunus to understand my condition, and told me that yunus is an experienced doctor who can heal my leg.  2 months later when my condition turned into chronic osteomyelitis, my country doctor and the treating doctor of another Yuksel patient agreed that I need to remove the nail because I missed the best time to clear the bacteria, which was already in the  A biofilm formed on my nails, bacteria that couldn't be killed by antibiotics, and would hide on my nails and wait to repopulate when my resistance weakened.  But both yunus and Yuksel thought that I didn’t need to take out the nails, they both thought that there were no bacteria in my legs, and my legs would be fine.  By just after another 2 months, the chronic osteomyelitis really came back, and caused redness, swelling, pain and suppuration of the new site.

I was diagnosed in my country with nail infection osteomyelitis.  What I am complaining here is that the owner of Wannabetaller and his doctor did not deal with it in time and correctly when they knew that I had early symptoms of osteomyelitis. There was a problem with their treatment methods.  Draining pus and taking out the nails, only told me to use antibiotics, which caused me to miss the best time to completely clear the bacteria, and finally the bacteria remained in the legs before it became chronic osteomyelitis.  If Wannabetaller and its doctors could be more professional when the early symptoms of osteomyelitis just appeared, and cleaned up the pus and nails for me in time, I might not become chronic osteomyelitis, this is my country  The doctor said that my chronic osteomyelitis was due to my first infection not being treated quickly and correctly.
Wannabetaller's doctor believes that suppurative osteomyelitis without debridement and nail removal can only use antibiotics to remove all bacteria without recurrence. This is a adventurous treatment.  Wannabetaller and it's doctors have been very clear on my journey from the initial leg swelling to festering pus to being diagnosed with Osteomyelitis and becoming Chronic Osteomyelitis.  They confidently told me that my legs would not have any problems in the future, probably because they didn't know enough about chronic osteomyelitis.
I hope you can return to normal walking smoothly and then evaluate those intermediaries. I also thankfully thought my leg would be fine after the brace was removed until 3 months later my leg suddenly swelled up.
Turkish Wannabetaller team made me suffer from chronic osteomyelitis Turkish Wannabetaller team made me suffer from chronic osteomyelitis Turkish Wannabetaller team made me suffer from chronic osteomyelitis Turkish Wannabetaller team made me suffer from chronic osteomyelitis Turkish Wannabetaller team made me suffer from chronic osteomyelitis Turkish Wannabetaller team made me suffer from chronic osteomyelitis

If you say that the infection is not caused by the frequency of gauze changes, when did the virus enter your legs? Is the intramedullary nail used during the operation contaminated by bacteria? Or is the pins of the external fixator used during the operation contaminated by bacteria? Or did your wound become infected with bacteria during the lengthening period? To clarify this issue, this is the most critical issue
