What a weird claim this is! We have only one Finnish patient and I think he has no reason to be so hostile towards us. He finished his process in a very healthy way. His health is quite good. Besides, I don't think he has an unfulfilled request or a complaint that hasn't been taken into account. Moreover, although his process has ended for a long time, he still continues to stay in our hotel. We see this as an indicator of his satisfaction. So he has no reason to do what you say.
The Chinese patient who stayed at our hotel and finished the first surgery process has also no reason to be a part of such a smear campaign! We did our best for her safety and well-being. After the events between the four patients got out of control, I personally took the initiative for her well-being and safety.

This girl did not give the Finnish patient his video. Don’t call the guy who post the video as a mischief maker,I don't think it's a mischief to come forward with evidence against a company.Many people are dissatisfied with the company, but I hope you can express it with your real name. They use this girl or pretend to be another patient to express their dissatisfaction with the company because they don’t want the company to know who made the complaint.As far as I know, they are all complaints from patients who are currently in the hotel except (the victim of wannabetaller )

No!!!! When company refused to accept second surgery, this Chinese girl and Finnish patient collaborated together to set other patients in d against company. Because Finnish patient was also angry with company due to firing nurse. So this Chinese and Finnish patient exploited other patients!!!!!You must be Chinese female patient or Finnish patient.
Your narrative seems quite convoluted. If I understand correctly, the individual you're alluding to has neither an account on this forum nor a history of posting. Furthermore, they lack a close relationship with the person in question, making it unlikely that they would have any motivation to engage in such behavior. Are you sure he is finnish ?
Also Aylis was never fired, she left the company by choice. Many patients and staff even went to her wedding.

Frankly, your claims don't make much sense to me.Breaking our ties with the nurse was a decision made entirely based on professional necessity and mutual consent. Therefore, it seems unlikely to me that a patient will be hostile towards us over the employment or dismissal of staff.Postponing/refusing the Chinese patient's second surgery was also a purely professional decision. I personally explained to her the reasons for this. We wanted to evacuate her to another hotel, as we had security concerns due to the events, but he refused. We thought it would be better if she postponed her second surgery until things settled down, or if she was going to have her second surgery, she would stay at another hotel with a secret address. This was the opinion of police officers too. What, this Chinese patient and Finnish patient are hostile towards us because we are sensitive about security?!
For God's sake! Second surgery means money! Why wouldn't we want to make money? So some of our worries are more important than money. This is something to be admired, not something to be hated on.
I'm sick and tired of having these discussions that have nothing to do with lengthening surgery and have no contribution to forum members. Therefore, if you have concrete evidence to support your claims, send it to me through our official channels or directly. If I'm convinced, I'll turn the case over to our lawyers. That would be the best thing I will do.
Please stop spreading rumors and gossip about our patients if you don't have concrete evidence.
