Quote from: Uppland on July 06, 2015, 12:08:42 AMGood question, I'd say a little bit over 180 and I would never had developed height neurosis. If I was 183CM the thought that I was short might have never occured to me and I would never have found this forum, funny that 5CM can make such a big difference to someones life.

Now that I've already become more or less obsessed with height I think at least 185CM with good proportions would help me put these thought behind me.

I think that is wthin reach, almost at least.

I am 183/84 and have height neurosis. Want to be 188/90

Quote from: Del on July 05, 2015, 09:29:30 PMI'm male, 17 and 157cms. That's 5'2.
I wouldn't do LL if I were 163cms+.

Unlike most other men, I don't mind being a short guy (probably because I love every other thing I have) but I find 5'2 to be abnormally short. There's 5'7 men that say they're happy with 5'9 and 5'10 men saying 6' would make them happy. I also found a 6'1 guy doing this to become 6'4 and thought he was really stupid. I guess we just want more than what we have, but at 5'2 it doesn't feel like much of a choice. (Note that the average height in India for the middle class and onwards is probably 5'6)

I'm hoping I'll grow a bit in a year. If not, I know what I must do.

What this guy said its the fking answer to almost all of life mental problems. We want what We dont have

Quote from: overandover on April 13, 2021, 07:34:39 PMFor me, it's 5'9. Still short but at that point, surgery is too much of a risk.

We live in a delusion where a 5'4 man still say 5'9 is still short. People will never be satisfied with this mentality. LL to 6'0 go ahead if you think that

By still short I meant Lil less than average. I'll be very happy at 5'9. If I were 5'9 I wouldn't have even thought about this surgery.

I'm 175. I don't really know what it feels like to be taller. From down here I think at 180 I would have been happy enough! what height would you need to be to not have done LL

You can wear lifts and see how it feels like at 180.

My dream height is 183 (6'0f), although the minimum I want now is 178cm. BUT if I was 175cm I would had never searched about LL probably, so I would say 175cm

Quote from: Bjoern77 on April 17, 2021, 12:13:07 AMMedian male height in Hamburg is 184cm... (age range: 20 - 40)

Any references about that?

Personally, I wouldn't have done LL if I were more than 1.73. However, now I am more than that I still see that there are reasons for an 1.73-1.75 cm man to do LL but much less than being less than 1.70.
After 1.80 though, regardless the country, LL is only for madmen.
