Hello, I am planning to do limb lenghtening and I need to know what is your opinion about my 2 options.

I am 32 years old and 171-172cm.

I want to have a conservative aproach to this, I dont want to have any long term problems at all (I want to go to gym, do squads, kickboxing, run, jump, walk completely normal, etc).

So, what do you think is safer or better option  (I dont care if its more expensive), quadrilateral surgery (3,5cm tibias and 5,5cm femurs)  to maintain proportions, have some extra centimiters and don’t force that much any soft tissue, or doing just the bilateral surgery for femurs (6,5cm)?

I want to use only internal nail (precice), for confort and to avoid infection.

6.5 cm femur, proportions at the level you are doing is nothing.

Go with Femur Precice 7cm. I did mine back in January. I was lucky that i got it quite cheap since its much more expensive now.

just do the femurs its not worth all the trouble for double the amount of nails and surgery. 8cm on femurs doesnt usually present any proportional issue so 6.5 should be fine. Proportions should really only be a concern for those doing quadrilateral or those who have already have borderline abnormal proportions before surgery.
