For that amount only you can work on routine spine stretching, train posture and walking, appropriate haircuts, choosing the right shoes or using a short elevator insole...

Im not considering the third cirle of hell it would be for 3 cm, but I would go through a painful period in the purgatory, doesnt seem there is any alternative that offers it though
