I vote for about 6'0 to 6'1 (for the United States). It's taller than average, but not so tall to be outside of normal. What do you think?
That seems about right.
Quote from: musicmaker on January 26, 2015, 04:10:53 PMBetween 1.90-1,95? OMG. I am a girl and I don't think so! Maybe in Sweden and other Scandinavian countries, where there are many girls who are 1.75 and taller, it's possible, but not in Southern Europe.
The average height required for male models is between 1.83 and 1.90, but, from my point of view, that's too much. I would avoid dating men as tall as that, because they would make me feel "petite", even if I am not petite, or won't be anymore, because I will be 1.70 after LL.
From an aesthetic perspective, I find that 1.83 is very appealing. My brother is 1.83 and women are mad at him, since he is also very handsome (green eyes, brown hair, athletic build...), but I don't like standing next to him, because, at my original height of 1.64, I feel short. After LL that will be OK.
Finally, I would like to say that, contrary to your beliefs, there are beautiful women for whom height is not as important as you indicate. I don’t wanna lie: being tall is important to make a girl feel protected and many girls wouldn't date men who are shorter or the same height than them. But if you have other qualities, anything within average is OK. You don’t need to be 1.80 or 1.90.
I've always wondered this: would a guy's height matter if he was strong. For example, Ed Coan was only 5'6, but he was the strongest man in the world during his lifting career.
Quote from: Hallijah on January 26, 2015, 06:12:02 PMYou all are trying to convince yourselves, its clearly anything from 6'0 to 6'4. Since when 5'9 is better than 6'4?
A massive study done in the 1970s proved that those of medium height (5'9-5'11) were far more attractive than those of tall (6'1-6'4) or short (5'5-5'7) height.
That's possible, but I haven't seen a study dealing with the same parameters since then.
Quote from: Puertoricanwasp123 on January 26, 2015, 10:00:12 PMIdeal one is 6'3" to have the biggest dating pool while at the same time not being too long for your bed, toilet and I estimated most houses where I live to be tall enough.
Are you sure? I've heard from plenty of short women that it can be very inconvenient if their boyfriends are taller than 6'1 or so.
Quote from: musicmaker on January 26, 2015, 10:30:32 PMI agree, and I am not so short... (1.64<1.70, after LL).
Lol
So, why do you want to get ll?
Quote from: ItsMyLife on January 26, 2015, 11:06:49 PMsame here.. dating is a plus..i just dont wanan feel short
Same here.
Quote from: Puertoricanwasp123 on January 27, 2015, 12:32:10 AMI pretended to be a 6'3" once in a dating site and it went well, the tall girls were going crazy and flirty and none rejected me ( I didn't try to seduce them further because I closed the fake account after a few days ). Those days were more fun than the entire months I spent in my real account getting the bad treatment.
Really? I should try that.
That means you're going to have to wear lifts, too, my friend.
