Hi im 173,8 cm in the morning and 172,5 in the night. So i always claim myself as 173 cm. I wanna lengthen myself up to 185 cm but i know i need 2 surgeries for that. So i have to lengthen 6 cm per segment on average. My knee height is almost nothing. It contains just 50 cm. 2 surgeries are expensive so there will be a lot of years between my surgeries. So do you think i can lengthen 9 cm in my tibias and still look good because of my short tibias? And what doctor do you recommend? Are betz and guichet good? Please dont mention asian doctors i dont want my legs amputated.
We won't know how good your tibias will look with a big 9cm growth until you post mock-up pictures.
Don't ever go beyond 8 cm on any segment. It messes your biomechanics greatly, you'll look freaky, (even if your tibia is shorter then your femurs), and with any major increase you'd have to increase the other segments to a great extent as well. If you really want to achieve that goal then 6 cm on femurs is better and faster
If you want 12cm the ideal would be 6.7 on femurs and 5.3 on tibs.
and what doctor would you advise? i dont want a external fixator it hurts too much. is there a good doctor who offers internal nails for a not too expensive price?

Then my tibs would look more shorter in proportion with my fems. why not 6cm each?
173.8 in the morning, you must be 172 cm at night

Your tibs are supposed to be shorter. So any lengthening you do, by logic, you'd have to do more on your femurs than tibias.
If your femur:tibia ratio is say, 10:8, for every 4cm of lengthening on tibia you'd have to do 5 on femurs.
You can do 6-6 though.

ive measured that in the night and i was 172,5, the 173,8 was measured after 3/4/5 hours of sleeping. so maybe that isnt my top because of the short time of sleeping

Very good and "affordable" doctors for internals are:
Dr. Monegal in Spain with the Fitbone
Dr. Birkholtz in South Africa with Precice 2
