The vast majority of discussion on this site is about lengthening of the legs, as it should be. However, I think we need to also put somewhat of a spotlight on the arms. A lot of people's concerns are their proportions. While they can't be perfect compared to naturally tall person, imo, the arms go a long way and are often overlooked by this community.
If you get arm lengthening, you can get the upper bones in your arm lengthened by 3-6cm, making them significantly longer and giving you a more grown appearance. It costs the same as the other surgeries, and will go a long way.
If you only do one surgery for your legs, then you can do without arm lengthening. But imo, two leg lengthening procedures with no arm lengthening looks incomplete.
Some of you will say that it's not worth the price or people won't notice or don't care. That could be true, depending on how long your arms already are.
But the way I feel, three surgeries is the charm. Feel free to chime in, I'm curious.
i am 169 cm but when i get to a doctor he measure me at 166cm lol keep aside this if in near future if i do two leg lenghtening surgeries i would definitely go for arm lenghtening too coz its look good and make you look proportionate you are only guy in this gorup who feel my pain . all these posts are only for legs people should do more and more humerus and wrist lenghtening posts.
Agree with this. Unless you have long arms to begin with, lengthening 7+cm (even if 2 surgeries) without getting AL will just make you look like a freak
what if lenghten my humerus 7cm and 5 cm on wrist will i gain my arm flexibility?. is there long term consequences of it?
Don't listen to this idiot.
'three surgeries is the charm' is ridiculous.
Proportions do not matter.
No one that has done their surgery has complained about their ratios. People on this forum just want to make it a problem when it isn't. Lengthen your legs and then stop, no need to lengthen arms and who knows what else people on this forum want to lengthen.
I think that everyone knows and wants the so-called perfect body ratio. No one will deny that they wants to have the best looking body.
However, in reality, any limb lengthening is not a joke. It requires so much sacrifice, such as money, time, pain, relationship, career/study, etc.
Do one leg segment lengthening first and think about arm lengthening later!
Most people in this forum has low iQ. You need to know that the surgery is not a joke. For each surgery you will end with some degree of disability. So more surgeries you do then more disability you will have. Do the less amount of surgeries that you need to feel OK.
I'm pretty sure you'd have the mobility of a 80 year old man after all these surgeries lol.
Bear in mind no matter what people say you never truly recovery completely from such a surgery.
The only person I know who underwent arm lengthening is Apotheosis.
if this is the case i will onlt do 7cm tibias and will stop it. coz after that i will be atleast 175cm and that is enough you are out of short phobia and 5.9 is not small by any means. more surgeries means more complications and mre stupid people to judge you.
