I have heard reputable doctors say arm lengthening is not safe or recommended. The ratio that matters is femur/tibia. Very rarely does overall height to legs matter unless you went quad crazy. I think they say not to lengthen past 4-6cm your wingspan....something like that. If you are a literal midget maybe its worth exploring but otherwise id stay away.

I am not suggesting anyone should get arm LL. Most people won't need it. However, your post borders on misinformation. Both Paley and Rozbruch do humerus LL and it's generally considered the safest lengthening one can do, even safer than femurs.
Isn’t the average difference in wingspan quite a lot? As in it is completely normal to have a wingspan +/- 5 cm from your height? I doubt anyone would notice anything unless you lengthened your legs by like 20 cm.
By contrast the tibia to femur ratio is almost always exactly 0.8, as far as I’ve understood, for everyone so surely this would be a lot more of a giveaway than wingspan which varies a lot naturally.

Having shorter wingspans isn't unusual down to -4 inches which is 10 centimeters, though it averages at 1:1.
Honestly some people have short wingspans and look normal, but some don't because of long torsos and stuff, I suggest you do mockups, like I did and see, let others judge you.
