You don't need LL but if you do it go for max 5-6 cm on tibias or femurs.
Everything more than that will ruin your proportions and your legs will look freakingly long.
no problem cheers
what would you guys say about henry cavil hes like 6'1 with really short arms do you think he had LL

He does have short arms. But No one has ever made fun of him about it. He has long legs. Maybe he did LL maybe don't who knows and who cares
nah was just wondering if he did i honestly think the muscle mass that guy gets on his arms helps him out a lot with it wonder what his arm span would be

YOU BODY is body of yong boy you shoulder very skkinny
you problem is not you tall is mass muscular only
Agreed, you don't need LL. But if you did, I would advise to bulk up a bit since you have a narrow frame.
Only an imbecile would try to predict based on a photo whether they can go for few cm or not. The photo can be taken from a thousand angles and show something different. Also mock-ups look totally different than real life proportions( i know i did mock-ups and then LL) The only real way to kinda know how much you can go is sitting hight to height ratio and wingspan.
PS. doing LL while being 5'10 is a totally retarded idea.
Any suggestions of what i should do to bulk the pics were taken around april time since then i've been lifting more and eating more to try and bulk but if anything its just making me lose weight also what height do u think looks ok 6'2 6'0 in the pics just curious
Great to hear you started lifting! I am happy you took my advice. If you are losing some weight it can be also water weight. Also, since you are a noob lifter, usually you can lose some fat and gain muscle at the same time. Important thing is to be patient you will reap the rewards in a few monthes but you must stay consistent.
I am speaking from personal experience of mine and of people I know who once they got a nice physique, the change in how people viewed us was huge.
