Yea bro need to get as big as possible if i am gonna pull this off so lots of chicken rice nd atleast 1 hour a day lifting with a 10 minute warm up however i'm thinking of starting to do 2 sessions a day
What kind of lifting program are you doing?
And no need for 1 session each day. As a noob lifter 3 times a week is enough max 4
Could over lifting actually stunt any progression i have also i don't have a program it is honestly me going in and doing my own thing which i also think might be the reason for small and slow progression.
Yes training so much will harm and is surely harming your progression.
I told you do do stronglift 5X5 or Starting streangth for a couple of months. Search those on the web
No problems cheers for the help and info XD
You need at least 1 day of break between lifting sessions.
Remember your muscle grow not when u are lifting but when u are regenerating.
True bro need to keep that in mind
