Rehab was a new world for me. I saw that Rehab is very spacious with every facilities .Once settled, a coordinator, pankaj walked in with a warm smile and handed me a list of caretaker contacts, and food menu and explained all the details and expalined my day routine activity. ensuring I felt secure. Shortly after, one of the female caretakers arrived. She helped Me in changing clothes or freshen up, she settled all my things properly in my room and made me very comfortable .

For the first time in a long while, I felt a glimmer of hope. The caring environment and the support made me believe that i had taken a great decision to chose this for rehabilation .
After a week in rehab, I started lengthening . A physio came and showed me how to increase 1mm per day. Every day, the physiotherapist visited in room twice for physio.
I tried to get comfortable in the rehab,Find food was quite good and staff also ,started spent time with other patients and paased time somehow but I felt quite disturbed mentally. Being far from my family and friends was tough. Slowly, with each passing day, I began to find strength in the routine and support around him.
**A Day in Rehab**
Every day in rehab began at 9 a.m. with a gentle knock from the cleaner. They came to tidy up the room and make sure everything was in order. Around 10 a.m., a caretaker brought breakfast, and after eating, it was time to use the PMS callus-generating machine for an hour.
The physiotherapist arrived soon after for a session, guiding through important exercises. Once that was done, it was off to the gym for upper limb workouts. Back in the room, a caretaker served lunch, and after eating, a bit of rest followed.
Around 4 p.m., the physiotherapist returned for another hour-long session. Afterward, there was a treat of paya soup and chicken soup, providing a delicious break. Later, it was back to the gym for leg strengthening exercises.
Returning to the room for some tea, the nurse came by to check on blood pressure, fever, and pain, offering any needed medicines. Before the day ended, Dr. Harry visited, asking about the condition and how the day went.
Dinner was served next, usually featuring non-veg and eggs. Post-dinner, it was time to relax in the hall with other patients, watching movies and series together. This was how each day in rehab went , like this spend a month
**A Month of Progress**
That how I spend a month in rehab of sticking to the rehab routine, Each day started at 9 a.m. with a cleaner's knock, followed by breakfast and an hour on the PMS callus-generating machine.

Now, a month completed and I felt stronger and stood 1 cm taller. And till now pain level is managable i didnt take any pain killer .and I had to went for x-ray to saw my progress.
After noticing the 1 cm increase in height to saw my first x-ray, I felt a wave of happiness and renewed determination. Despite the challenges,I was moving closer to my goals. Each day in rehab brought new hurdles, but also progress. And prepared my self for further journey.
**Two Months and Counting**
Two months into rehab, I noticed significant changes. My body weight decreased, and I was now 2 cm taller. The increased discomfort was a challenge, but I managed. Baths were allowed with frames, though pin cleaning and dressing were necessary afterward.
My sleep cycle was disturbed, but pain remained manageable with medication. Despite taking meds less frequently, stiffness in my ankle was a new hurdle. After two months of diligent lengthening, my goal of increasing height was nearly within reach. The pain, while manageable with medication, was still a constant companion, especially the pin cutting pain that disrupted my sleep and made focusing on work a challenge. Yet, I pushed through, managing to work eight hours a day on my laptop.
My exercise routine included cycling in the frame and intensive strengthening exercises aimed at boosting muscle growth and callus formation. Despite my efforts, the callus appeared quite poor in the X-rays. This news was disheartening, but I determination remained unshaken. and I continued to fight through the discomfort and setbacks, knowing that every bit of progress was worth it.
