After walking, I felt pain in my knee and ankle and didn't walk for more than 10 minutes at a time because I wasn't putting full weight on my leg, causing my arm to start hurting. To relieve ankle stiffness, I soaked my leg in warm water twice before walking. Sometimes, I took painkillers when the pain was too intense.
