Step by Step Progress

While taking supplements for bone health and muscle recovery, I noticed significant improvements in my bone density. Each day, I increased my strengthening exercises. Since my stitches were still fresh, so wasn't allowed to stand. Instead, I focused on upper limb exercises, knowing they would help with walking once I could stand.

Though the journey was slow, I commitment to my recovery was unwavering. The support from my supplements and the gradual buildup of strength in my arms gave me hope. Every small step brought me closer to my goal of walking again with confidence.

If this were an essay competition, I might have been the winner. However, I have already mentioned that a year has passed and I am sharing my story about what happened, how it happened, the good and the bad, everything.

Fifteen days after the nail removal, I had stitches removed. I began standing 2 to 3 times a day with the help of a walker. My leg muscles were still weak, and I could only stand for 5 to 10 minutes at a time.

Despite this,  Each day, I managed to take one round with the walker, focusing on building my strength. It was a slow process, but every effort brought me closer to regaining .

It has been about a month since the frame was removed, and my ballerina foot issue has been resolved. Despite the pain and effort involved, using the machine and dedicating proper time helped sort it out, allowing me to focus fully on my recovery.

Now, I am doing physiotherapy twice a day, along with additional strength training exercises, which are speeding up my recovery. I've also started Pilates to build more strength and am taking protein powder to aid muscle gain. The combined efforts are proving effective, and each day brings me closer to my goal

December came to a close, and January began with new hope for recovery. The ballerina foot and FFD issues had been resolved. Under Dr. Harry's guidance, I was allowed to start walking with support, initially for just 10 minutes a day.

I gradually increased the walking time, but my bone condition was still not optimal. I took necessary precautions, ensuring not to put too much weight on my leg. Each step, though small, marked significant progress towards healing.

Despite the challenges, I remained optimistic, knowing that each day brought me closer to full recovery.
