In an older part of the forum someone said that wearing in-shoe lifts with a heel (where only the back of your foot gets raised) can make you shorter because it can gradually shorten some muscles in the feet. Is there ANY truth to this? Because I've been wearing 1-inch lifts for quite some time and of course I'm deathly afraid of losing any height.
