Quote from: 5cmtaller on May 17, 2023, 05:49:07 AMHi all I am starting this diary because I am bored as hell. I am currently about 1.5cm and have like 35 days of lengthening left.

Info about me:
25 male, 166cm.

Ask me anything.

Can you say more about your current pain management scheme?

after like 19 days of lengthening and sleepless nights i found that taking paracetamol, tramadol and neurotin helps me sleep through the night without pain but I am hoping that taking those pills everyday will at least last me for the next month at least. before they become ineffective due to daily use

my physiotherapist made me stand up for 2 minutes today with the help of a walker. My legs felt extremely heavy. After the session is over my legs feel kinda cold and it aches a lot but it is said to help with recovery. idk about that but i just hope that it gets better as my legs get stronger.

I also hate the part that everytime I bend my knee for a period of time such as hanging my legs over the bed side to do physiotherapy or soak them in warm water there will be an uncomfortable 2/10 aches when i lay back on the bed to straighten my legs. The pain last for 30-45minutes everytime…

hang in there bro, you can do it.
is there a reason why you chose 5cm for tibia?
in your opinion, do you think there will be a significant difference in terms of side effects, if I wanted to go for 6cm in tibia?

Thank you man, just reached 2cm today. I can finally see the end of the tunnel. I plan to only fo 5cm because i am honestly sick and tired of laying in bed all day and everyday with the frames on is a battle. whatsmore, 5cm is safe and is shown to have a faster recovery with low risk of complications.
